Nothing in these Terms limits any dispute or chargeback rights available to you under applicable law or your cardholder agreement.

11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order enters processing or fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it. In that case, the applicable return and refund procedures will apply.

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, you retain any rights available through your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.
Where a payment dispute or chargeback is submitted, we may provide the relevant payment processor or financial institution with transaction records reasonably necessary to investigate the dispute, including order details, payment records, shipment and tracking information, customer communications, applicable policies, and proof of delivery where available.
We will not knowingly submit false or misleading evidence in connection with a payment dispute.
14. SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING BILLING
Unless a subscription or recurring-purchase option is clearly and expressly presented and accepted by the customer during checkout, purchases from LiverPure™ are treated as one-time purchases.
We will not enroll customers into recurring billing solely because they make a one-time purchase.
If we offer a subscription program, its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation process, and other material conditions will be clearly disclosed before the customer agrees to the subscription.
Customers enrolled in a subscription will be able to cancel in accordance with the terms presented when they subscribed and applicable law.
